Opening hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Wednesdays which are from 1.00pm to 5.00pm

The Services we offer are:

  • Counselling
  • Groups and Workshops on a range of issues
  • Women's Health Clinics with Community Health Nurses and a small number of appointments with a Doctor. The clinics and appointments cover Breast checks, Pap smears, Menopause issues, STI checks, Other women's health issues, Pregnancy testing, Advocacy and Support
  • Support for women from non-English speaking communities and new arrivals
  • Support and services for same sex attracted women.

Our midwifery program offers the following services:

  • Pregnancy care, counselling and information
  • Continuity of care throughout pregnancy
  • Information on birthing options
  • Homebirths and hospital births
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Free Pregnancy testing

Northern Women's Community Health Centre is not part of the Children, Youth & Women's Health Service.
